The Palmento is an ancient rural building, originally intended for wine production, refurbished with love and taste, to offer to its guests the warmth and hospitality of the old Sicilian houses. Built in lava stone in the second half of the nineteenth century, Il Palmento is an out of the ordinary location based in Sant’Alfio, small town located at the bottom of mount Etna and nearby Taormina. It is completely surrounded by greenery with a large panoramic courtyard, a terrace with olive and fruit trees and an area dedicated to open air playgrounds that runs along the scenic vineyard overlooking the sea; The interior is spacious, with many areas to socialize and the three bedroom and the large suites are warm and welcoming.

The Palmento accommodates 2 to 14 people and is equipped with every comfort, from the sauna to the jacuzzi, pool and wine cellar offering a wide selection of wines.
